Is Mac OS Excel supported?

We don’t currently support Mac OS Excel. However, if you are a Mac user, please consider using Excel Online instead (as this is independent of your operating system).

How many numbers can I reconcile?

You can reconcile up to a maximum of 50 numbers. Our customers usually find that they understand the majority of their transactions and they just need to focus on reconciling a smaller subset. However, if you would like help reconciling a larger quantity of transactions, please contact us to discuss our bespoke services.

Are their group pricing deals?

I accidentally set up my subscription using an email that’s different to the one associated with my Microsoft Office account. Can you help?

In order to use the application, the email address associated with your subscription must be the same as the one associated with the Microsoft Office account that you are signed into when using Excel. Please contact us with your details and we can update the email associated with your subscription so that they match.
